Considering adding hCG, questions about e2 and mood

I've been pretty stable on test cyp for a couple years now. I'd like to regain some testicle size which got me thinking about adding hCG.

I've also heard people say it can improve mood which I'd be interested in. Can anyone share specifics of mood improvements?

Does adding hCG affect estrodial levels? I'm not on any AI at the moment and want to keep it that way, but if there were benefits to hCG that necessitated lowering my trt dose that would be fine.

Does adding hCG affect estrodial levels?
HCG stimulates the production of testosterone and estrogen (within the testicles) in addition to the testosterone cypionate.

You can't compare some else's experience and expect the same results. HCG can increase cortisol and create an balance or imbalance of other hormones.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
