complete TRT following 2x testicular cancer

Hello, I'm wondering if anyone can help us please. My husband 29yo had his second testicle removed 1.5years ago and since then has been on TRT. In the beginning he used gels and it was fine, then one nebido shot-also fine. After the second nebido shot he suffered from depression and panic attacks. That was 1year ago now. He stopped injecting after the second shot as he felt it too strong. He is now on gels and still suffering from anxiety and depression. We desperately need some advice, guidance, knowledge if any of you have anything to share as his mental state is really poor. Thank you.

So far the doctors have only tested his testosterone level. We have only just learnt about free testosterone from this site. And I don't think he's ever had his estradiol levels tested either. Would you suggest thyroid and adrenal gland testing also?

Oh, boy. I have enjoyed my visits to your country many times, but the experience we have here at Excelmale is that men struggle to find good, solid TRT-knowledgeable physicians in Australia. What city are you in?

My apologies for being out of touch. For the past three weeks I have been working remotely, outside the country (I live in Canada). Time for nothing but work and sleep. Things are calmer. I will message you early in the week.
