Not sure what to do?

Started TRT 3 weeks ago..
Dr. has me on 200mg EOW. He did say it was fine if I do 100mg weekly.

My levels got pretty low and I know my E was high. I've had Gyno in the past and had it removed. Well before I started TRT it started to come back again. Dr. said lets get your T levels back up and the ratio T/E will be better and fix it. Been doing 100mg the last 2 weeks. First few days after the shot. Gyno seems to stop, but day 5-7. It starts to hurt again.

My next Blood Draw is July 5th. Should I do the 200mg Today and wait my full two weeks before Blood Draw? Or do the 100mg weekly like I've been or go to twice a week? to help curb the Gyno sides?

Will it any of these different ways change my lab work? He hasn't tested my E levels yet either. I can't afford to keep paying visit cost and labs cost. I feel like one script of Arimidex just till my T levels get high enough and steady.

He said he would start me off at 200 EOW, then Every 10 days then weeky if needed. But those steps are 6 weeks each between labs. I'm afraid my gyno could get worse.

You can't see it right now, but I can defiantly feel it. It's about 1in long 1/2 thick. After all this is sorted out. I'll have it removed again. I just don't want to have it removed before my levels are stable.

Not sure what to do? I'm going to call the Dr. Monday and see if he will prescribe me something short term till my T levels get better.

The more often you inject T, the less problem there are with estrogen. I inject every 3 1/2 days, some here inject daily to keep their E2 low.

This post is from CoastWatcher, I inject 16mg of testosterone enanthate daily. HCG is injected every 3.5 days, 250. I have never used Anastrozole. My E2 had begun climbing, and my doctor and I both, correctly, believed daily injections would work to settle those levels back into a reasonable place. Injections are sub q or shallow IM as I try and take advantage of as much territory as possible.

You're being treated totally incorrectly...dose and frequency, and I would think you present and past Gyno would dictate some Estrogen management. 200 at one-time is far too much, much of it is excess and that aromatizes.

You're not being competently cared for by that Dr...god bless him for trying but you need to get away from him.

You asked if changing your pattern of injections would be reflected in your bloodwork. Any change in your protocol, how often you inject, the amount you inject, what other adjunctive medications you take to support your protocol (HCG, Anastrozole) will potentially impact the respective serum levels and be reflected in your blood work.

Any physician prescribing 200mg of testosterone every two weeks fails to understand the half-life of the drug, and, particularly damaging in your case, seems to have overlooked the estrogen spike that is bound to occur when that large a dose is administered. Twice weekly injections of 50mg might well be a protocol your body can deal with. As Vince noted, I adopted a daily injection schedule to successfully deal with estradiol issues. Smaller, frequent doses.

But levels take four weeks to stabilize.

Ok things have started to get a little better.

Had my 6 week Lab work done. All he tested was Total, Free and Estrogen. Not sure if it was Sensitive or not..

My total was 535 and my E was 31. Can't remember what my Free was. This was from 100mg once a week. He upped me to 100mg every 5 Days now.

Quick Question... If every 5 Days. So I took a Shot yesterday(Tuesday). Would be next one be on Saturday or Sunday?

Most will recommend a 3.5 day / 2x a week schedule like Sunday am and wed pm. It's better than having to always count days.

Got my newest Levels back. I couldn't get in on the Day I needed to. Needed Labs pulled on Monday, but couldn't make it till Wed... So my levels came back lower then last time. 399 for total. Either way we are 1cc a Week now, but I'm splitting it up like you guys have said. .5 on Sunday and .5 on Wed. night. New labs drawn in 6 weeks. Been feeling better. Mood is better, Life is better, Weights in the Gym are going up steady.

Are you feeling better since doing 100mg every 5 days? If so, dont change that to "1cc" every week, btw list dosage in mg not ml. I assume 200mg per week, split into two injections of 100mg per week.

That's a pretty large increase, and if you're feeling better on 100mg E5D, you should stay there.

Also list lab ranges, I have no idea if that is a sensitive E2 test or standard, that changes things a lot. Also list when the test was done relative to injection.
