Cialis questions for urinary tract issues

Wasn't sure where to post this so I'll try here.has anyone heard or experienced any urinary tract issues from cialis.. I blamed my issues on the trt therapy and have been iff trt for about 2yrs or so.. I'm really starting to question the cialis at this point. My urinary symptoms are starting to go away after being off cialis fir about 3 weeks now. I stopped it as its linked to tinnitus which I have and it's gotten worse each year fir no reason.. this has lead me to believe the cialis is causing it.. any help would be appreciated
