Cialis patent expiring by the end of April

I notice the Cialis patent is expiring by the end of April this year.
Any recommendations for high quality but cheaper alternatives in Europe?

I would like to review the options prior to talking to my doc for a prescription of generic Tadafil soon.

I think the Cialis patent in Italy expired.
I buy Tadalafil 5mg by Teva , Teva is an Israeli company That manufactures medicines all over the world . It is Of course of the highest grade .

Also in Portugal it has been availble at least for 1/2 year by now. No need to buy them anylonger from India etc,,, prices are half of what the original is.
I never buy 5mg its cheaper to buy 20mg and cut them
