I'm not sure if I'm posting this in the right place but here it goes.
I had blood drawn to check hematocrit and hemoglobin after restarting T, which was fine, but I had some other areas elevated.
After checking past history these areas have elevated for about a year with one new low.
No doctor has mentioned anything about it,
Results: MCH 33.1 High- pg -26.6-33.0
MCV 95-fl-79-97
MCHC-34.7-G/DL-31.5-35.7
Total Bilirubin-1.4-mg/dl-0.0-1.2
Alkaline Phosphatase, S-Low-Low IU/L 39-117
I tried to copy and paste the whole thing but couldn't get it to take,
Anyway I would appreciate any input about these areas.

Vince Carter is right. In some men on TRT, the body adjusts to the overproduction of red blood cells by changing the size of them. Then it stops doing this after a few months and your hematocrit stabilizes.

Coastwatcher: That is a great table! Where did you find it?

You low alkaline phosphatase is concerning:

Low alkaline phosphatase is a rare finding on a blood test. It usually results from some sort of malnutrition and is treated by correcting the underlying nutritive cause. Supplements for protein, B vitamins, vitamin C and thyroid hormones are the usual treatment for a low alkaline phosphatase. Only rarely is it caused by hypophosphatemia, a genetic disease usually detected at birth.

You may want to test your TSH and free T3 and free T4.

Hypothyrodism can also change red blood cell sizes.

Also, this video helps to explain CBC:

and Dr Kaslow's great explanation:

CoastWatcher I was feeling pretty good until about a week ago.
Started feeling tired and irritable so I decided to check blood.
I read else where in the forums that high hemoglobin can cause fatigue.
This the first time ever that my alkaline phosphatase has been low.
Has me puzzled...
The high MCH I read could be a B-12 deficiency or hypothyroidism.
I dont se how this could be tied back to TRT as Ive never in four years had this to happen.
By the way I just started 30mg of Pregnenalone in the mornings for about ten days and I have notice a yearning in the groin area :)
The closest doctors appointment is eight days out so Ill post the happenings providing they take it seriously.
