Can you build a tolerance to Cialis?

Good question. I never really know. I did notice that with increased sex, there appears to be a tolerance. When using it 1 or 2X per week I saw no tolerance. Since on TRT and getting my cialis from overseas pharmacy sex has been every other day pretty much. Still don't know about tolerance though, because my wife likes the occasional day off from it because she believes it intensifies the response. I think she's right. More sex can possibly create an illusion of tolerance. FL is right. Some guys have a hard time getting over the back problems. Try a low dose of 5 or even 2.5 daily to maintain a baseline and add regular dose when sex is planned.

By tolerance to pre workout I mean when someone takes a pre workout regularly for awhile the stimulants don’t seem to work as much anymore. So the label on the packaging says to take for a month or two and then a month off and then resume again. I wasn’t sure if Cialis was the same way.

I guess you were talking about a nitric oxide stack, I always use one before my workout and it works great for a nice pump. Here's my nitric oxide stack thread.

I simplified my Nitric Oxide stack!

Not sure how you got in to NO stack when he said pre-workout and stimulants (caffeine)

I've never drank an energy drink and the only drink I have before working out is my N.O. stack. That's what happens when your order the dirt LOL

Since I'm older dirt I wonder what my dad is older than?

So you don’t take caffeine before your workout?

A lot of body builders take 300 mg of caffeine before working out ?️ In their preworkout drink. For the energy. I assume it isn’t the healthiest thing to do.

I don't think there's anything wrong with caffeine for stimulant, like you said your body does build up a tolerance to it. I do like a cup of black coffee in the morning, I enjoy the taste. My drink of choice is bottled water.

Last year I stopped my NO stack for 3 months, my workouts did suffer. It really made a difference when I back to it.

You may build up a "tolerance" so to speak from the stimulants/caffeine in your pre-workout.....
I take mine regularly each day I train (4 days a week weights) and no, I don't get that initial "high" anymore, but it still works like a champ every time.
My workouts don't suffer at all over time with continual use and I'm pretty sure I'm tolerant/have adapted to mine.

I do however make my own though so I can limit the amount of caffeine.
Some of these pre-workouts have gone insane IMO with the amount of stimulants.
