The consumption of vinegar with meals was used as a folk remedy for diabetes before drugs came along, but it wasn’t put to the test until recently.

I heard it helps with acid reflux? Don't know from personal experience though.

Occasionally as a Low-Carber who does physical activity I get cramps. Not as often as others seem to from reading anecdotal stories but nevertheless I do.

I swear that chugging pickle juice fixes it every time. Elsewhere a couple days ago, I found a pretty good magnesium product which is also supposed to help, but the pickle juice has never failed me. Some speedster at the NFL combine was talking about using pickle juice to keep hydration levels up.

I drink a lot of Powerade Zero, which is mostly electrolytes, but I've wondered can you over-do a sports drink made for hydration?

Occasionally I take a shot of ACV but it just seems easier to slug pickle juice.

I looked up pickle juice, it does help keep you hydrated and stops cramps.
