Brad are you attempting to increase your naturally testosterone? If you are, it may be a good idea to start a thread with your T levels and update your progress along the way.

I don't think he is asking a question. I believe he is making a statement but starting the statement with a question he will answer.

Aassuming you're recommending low fat diet via (2), low fat diets lower T. Studies find approx 30% fat optimal for T levels, and some studies suggest some saturated fat required for optimal T levels. There are some things people can do to increase natural T levels, but some yoga and a few vites will to nadda for a man with low T. Exercise, keeping bodyfat in check, stress management, sleep, doing manly stuff (1) , and making sure there's no deficiency in various micro nutrients (e.g, zinc, Mag, etc) are the most effective methods to naturally increase T. Yoga and meditation would come under the stress management aspect of that formula.
