Calculate EOD Dose?

My SHBG is on the lower side at around 25. Total T is 650 trough days and E2 around 45.
I currently inject 50mg test C two times a week (Tuesdays and Fridays)
It has been mentioned on here in the past that I may benefit from an EOD schedule due to my low-normal SHBG.
How do I calculate the correct EOD dose? Do I take my 100mg per week and divide by 7, for the daily dosage and then multiply by 2? Do I need reduce the dosage since Im going to a more frequent schedule?

Your math is correct on the change. I switched from 60mg 3x/wk to 48mg EOD. Total per week went from 180mg to 168mg, due to rounding of the syringe measurement I reduced approx 7%. Testing after the reduction showed that my total T went up from 1020 to 1120 ng/dl, and free T went up from 35 to 36 ng/dl.

My Free T is high, above the normal range by about 10 points usually. Even with total T of only 650. I assume its due to the lower SHBG

I injected daily and I inject 16 mg of testosterone cypionate, but I do have higher shbg than you. Here's a copy of my protocol and labs.

Same protocol for one year, 16 mg of testosterone cypionate daily, 500 iu of HCG twice a week, 25 mg of DHEA, 10mg of pregnenolone and no AI.

Testosterone serum 880 ng/dL range 264 - 916
Free T 32.3 pg/mL range 6.6 - 18.1
DHEA - Sulfate 384.4 range 48.9 - 344.2
Estradiol, Sensitive 28.5 range 8.0 - 35.0
SHBG 39.7 range 19.3 - 76.4
HCT 48.0 range 37.5 - 51.0
DHT 54.0 range 30 - 85

I see that recommended a lot here, but in my case when I went from 60mg E3.5D to 34mg EOD (which is basically equivalent weekly dosage) I felt like I would want to increase my total weekly dosage on EOD. SHBG 23.

I have thought about maybe doing daily injections. It wouldn't be any kind of inconvenience for me to do that. Im not sure if it would be of benefit. My SHGB is usually in the mid 20s. Did your SHBG increase with the daily protocol?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
