I won't jhurt to try it I think its 500-1000mg once a day, just google it, but lowering Estrogen, extremely doubtful. It may help with some of the symptoms though.

I understand you are in Canada and don't have access to the sensitive estradiol test, but what is your estradiol value, and what symptoms of elevated estradiol are you experiencing?
