Ive been experiencing burning sensation in my legs. Much like you sometimes get from Cialis. but I am not on cialis anymore. Can other meds cause this? I recently started a stronger statin. Went from 20 mg Atorvastatin to 20mg Crestor. And what can I do to stop it. could it be a deficiency in something?

I can think of two things that "might" be causing it. Low magnesium levels or low CoQ10 levels.

If you don't want to get your levels checked. I would, if you don't already. Supplement with magnesium.

Vince I take 300mg co Q10 a day but not Mag. any special type you recommend?

Burning sensations in legs could also point towards neuropathy, vein insufficiency, inflammatory reactions, or a combination of those - they all may result from immune reactions.

Check B12 level and supplement if low.

Consider supplementing with antioxidants that suppress inflammation - that is good for arteriosclerosis too. The traditional ones for vein problems are Diosmin, Pycnogenol (maritime pine bark extract). Other general antioxidants that suppress inflammation are L-Glutamine, Superoxide Dismutase, Milk Thistle Extract, Quercetin, Cardamom.

Keep in mind many of those will interact with drugs so take them at different times, separated by as wide as possible time interval.
