Break required from TRT?

Just want to get a general idea what everyone thinks about taking a 2 month break from testosterone every 6 months. During that time take HCG at 500IU EOD along with 25-50mg clomid daily to ensure the body keeps the ability to produce its own testosterone as well as increase sperm count/volume.

Thoughts?

My body wasn't doing me any favors producing a Total T of 120 ng/dL, why anyone would want to preserve such dreadfully low levels eludes me.

It's irrational to maintain such low levels. If I want kids I'll inject HCG and FSH.

The desire to take a break is borrowed from the steroid world where levels were already sufficient enough to have a normal life, this is why one would want to preserve normal levels that produced no symptoms. If you were diagnosed with low testosterone, it's pointless.

Thoughts? You're thinking on the basis of a steroid cycle, not TRT.

Honestly, this concept seems like a disaster. I can’t foresee that working out well ever. Just my opinion though.

I don’t know of any top doctor that recommends taking a break. It just doesn’t really make sense.

It's a very poor idea. The man who is truly hypogonadal is dealing with a chronic medical condition; it's the ticket you've been given to play. It makes no sense to consider the course of action you discuss.
