200mg 1XW is likely going to lead to E2 issues as the excess aromatizes, 200mg is too much for the body at one-time. Most of us go atleast twice per week, or more frequently.

Well I haven't started yet so. I will be starting the protocol next week. As far as the HCG , that's what I though he said but maybe he meant 500iu? Also he wants me to take an aromitase inhibitor on the test injection day.

I have felt terrible, for quite a while. The strange thing is my sex drive has always been high and only lately have I not been as interested in it. There have not been any ED isuues though. I'm not sure how that could be with such low levels if Testosterone.

200mg once a week has me a little concerned as well. I was wondering if I should break that up into 2 doses.

That is typically the better course of action, the standard protocol these days revolves around injections E3.5D. SHBG, Sex Hormone Binding Globulin plays a factor in this as well.

You don't want to start a protocol on an AI. Your E2 was measured with the wrong test - all men want to have estradiol tested with the sensitive, LC, MS/MS, lab procedure. But even with the wrong test, your E2 level is absurdly low. An AI should only be used when the correct lab test shows elevated levels and a patient is presenting with symptoms. Taking one now will put you in a world of misery.

I have to wonder if you're in the care of a doctor who actually is on top of this game.

I am going through a Mens Clinic that (SUPPOSEDLY) specializes in this type if thing. Now I'm wondering what to do. I'm not sure about the E2, is that my Estradiol level?

Also is my super low E2 level because of my super low testosterone level? I thought Estradiol levels being low was a good thing in men but maybe only to a certain point and then it's too low?

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
