BiMix and Blood Pressure

I had some issues with high BP. I'm currently taking BP meds. I am trying to find out if BiMix would cause my BP to rise or fall. I know its not like taking viagra or cialis and how those can lower your BP. I'd like to get back to having sex. I would appreciate any help.

Bimix has papaverine and phetolamine.

Papaverine: A drug that causes blood vessels to expand (vasodilator); it produces an erection by allowing for increased blood flow to the penis.

Phentolamine: When injected into the penis, it induces an erection by relaxing and dilating the blood vessels of the penis, as well as by elevating cardiac output.

Side effects of phentolamine and papaverine are rare. However, it has been reported that orthostatic hypotension (low BP) may occur in some patients.

I doubt that your high BP is caused by this tiny injection volume. Any anxiety or another factor prior to having sex?

It's vasolidator so in theory. it shall lower the BP just like PDE5i, also the antithesis of this med is epidephrine which is a vasoconstrictor.
