Best way to pull last bit of Testosterone out of the vial

I've often thought about the same thing with androgel. anyone ever cracked one open to see how much is actually left in there?

I found the click dispensers from Empower (and others) trap quite a bit of cream under the top even though it is maxed out on the clicker. So, I pull the top upper part of the dispenser off and collect the extra.
