Best protocol for maintaining testicle size while on TRT

What is the best medication and protocol for maintaining and regaining testicle size and function while on TRT. Hcg? Enclomiphene? Gonadorelin? or something different?

Along with your testosterone protocol. I would add 250 IU to 500 IU of HCG twice a week. Personally I use 500 IU of HCG twice a week.

I haven't ever heard of Gonadorelin doing much of anything noticeable to testicular size.

Gonadorelin used by many clinics trying to recoup lost income due to the FDA banning compounded hCG.

This will drive up the cost for HCG and make it virtually impossible to access HCG for weight loss clinics. I believe hCG will soon become extremely expensive to access, possibly thousands of dollars more.

There is no equally good replacement for hCG for those on TRT.
