Best option to increase testicle function?

Ok and I’ll add low dose arimidex to lower my estrogen levels, think that’ll help too?
It's possible, since it will reduce estrogenic feedback at the pituitary. Of course changing multiple variables will complicate interpretation of results.

Also if LH only goes up for a very short period of time, is it even doing anything? ...
That's the key question here. I haven't come across any reports from RMC users where we might learn about other parameters. Is testicular atrophy really reversed or prevented? What are subjective results like? I see that RMC is still making some pretty strong claims.

Did you notice anything different while using gonadorelin?

As I recall, the RMC protocol is either 50 or 100 mcg twice a week. This suggests you could at least reduce your dose to 100 mcg.

I noticed nothing using gonadorelin…. When I use hcg like 1000 EOD my testicle swell up! When I do 500 twice a week, I notice nothing really. I may drop by test to 75 weekly and do 500 hcg eod which does 1750 total a week.

As for fsh I did (75 three times a week) I noticed nothing as well.

As for RMC, remember, they are doing this to make money, and gonadorelin likely has a much larger mark up and sell more of it than compounded hcg which I think is not longer available

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
