Hey y'all, to those on a therapeutic dose of 140mg, what is your average peak and trough levels? I just started doing weekly shots of 140mg and was wondering what my levels might be roughly. I know getting a blood test would answer my question, but I have to wait another month before they'll test me again (6 week check up). I understand everyone is different, I'm just looking for a rough estimate.

Thanks

It's impossible to say. There is nothing linear, not one thing, about TRT. It depends on so many other factors, primarily SHBG. You line up five guys, give them the same protocol, you're likely to get five different results. If we could answer your question, the entire dialing in process would be a snap. Only time will tell.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
