I have never taken it. My E2 is never above 50 pg/mL by ultrasensitive

I am on arimidex. Estradiol went down from 33 to 22 in a few weeks. My nipples stopped being sensitive.

Just depends upon blood work if an AI is needed.

Most men on a transdermal never need it do to the low daily dosage application.

More frequent Testosterone injections can lessen the need for one as well.
