6’2” 39 Male, 200lbs. workout 4-5 days a week for the last 3 years. Low muscle mass despite working out. Probably 25% BF, lots of joint issues(popping, loose, knees shoulders). Just wondering if anything stands out at the moment. I take vitamin D 5000uI , fish oil, Zma at night and that’s it. Just wondering if anything stands out as on this bloodwork.
