I do not use the navel region as for some reason the depots stay there for a week or more, leaving me with weird looking lumps. Maybe it has to do with that circulation is less there. Then I started using the sides/lovehandles but that leaves me with a weird itch if I touch it. Nowadays I mainly switch between upper glutes as that is also where I have still some fat and they leave me with no weird sides....
