Anyone tried DHT cream (Andractim) ?

Saw my URO this past week for general check. He is open and very knowledgeable about TRTand he knows I am on TRT so most times there is some side bar talk on the subject. This time he said he has a retired URO friend that is using DHT cream from off shore and is doing wonders for him with no E2 issues. He gave me a copy of some info. Was wondering if anyone else has heard about it or tried it? Looks like it is used a lot overseas in place of “T” cream?

Ive done some reading on my own for DHT, treating my own low condition and use a compounded cream applied to my Scrotum 1x daily, appx 25mg. Really boosted my DHT , like almost 3x times, from 39 up to 104 (over range) at my last test. In my reading I did see some writings that treating DHT, could be a better route to take in TRT.

After elevating my DHT for over a month, almost tripling my DHT value, I didn't find what I was looking for...libido or sex drive, sexual urge or an effect on my level of ED. I think my voice has deepened(!) and body hair growth is accelerated. My PSA stayed at 0.5 and no hairloss on my head.
