Anyone lowered T and felt better?

Those ranges are unusual, usually it's 20-54 nmol/L. You want midrange and you got it, not too little and not too much. Dr Crisler stated once SHBG gets to 40 it starts to take over.

I just use LabCorp. I don't know anything about a typical range.
