Hey,
does anyone have a simple recipe for making scrotal testosterone cream?

I’ve got testosterone base on hand and want to turn it into a cream, ideally something not too crazy, with easy-to-get ingredients and not too many steps.

Maybe someone here has already done that and can recommend what worked best?
