Hey,
does anyone have a simple recipe for making scrotal testosterone cream?

I’ve got testosterone base on hand and want to turn it into a cream, ideally something not too crazy, with easy-to-get ingredients and not too many steps.

Maybe someone here has already done that and can recommend what worked best?

Use unestered T if possible.

I use both DMSO cream and Phlojel Ultra as a base. The last few jars of DMSO burned like Hell, so I am not currently recommending that until they get it figured out. So, start with the Phlojel base:

You will need a mortar and pestle.

Take your powder and grind it thoroughly in the mortar. Add 1/3 of the desired amount of Phlojel to the ground powder. Work this completely through, at least 5 minutes. Use a small spatula to clean the sides of the mortar. Add the remaining Phlojel and using the spatula, mix the remaining Phlojel until consistent.

You can find measurement information online to get your desired strength.

Unfortunately there is no Phlojel Ultra here in Germany. I could find "Pentravan" which is only available in bulk (500g for 90 Euro) with a shelf life of 6 months . Any recommendation for a good alternative?

PhloJel is manufactured in Canada. Do they not ship to Germany?

I just got Pentravan here in Germany. chatgpt claims that with propylene glycol you shouldn’t go above 10% or it might crystallize. but no idea if thats reliable. But I’d like to make a 20% testosterone cream, has anyone done this reliably with Pentravan? What ratios or solvents do i really need?

I just tried making a 20% testosterone base cream using Pentravan with 20% propylene glycol, mixed in a mortar and pestle. But the texture feels a bit sandy (test base residue) — not as smooth as it should be. So I’m a bit unhappy with it.

Now I’m thinking about switching to a solution — around 80% propylene glycol + 20% ethanol — for scrotal application, and skipping Pentravan completely.

ChatGPT says this kind of mix might peak faster and then drop off quicker than a cream.
Does anyone know if that’s true or has experience with this kind of setup?

I have had to use one on certain occasions when the powder is really grainy. It breaks it down to a fine powder. You can put a drop or two of 70% isopropyl alcohol as well and then really grind it again with the mortar and pestle. I would be very cautious of using propylene glycol as it can be irritating to the skin. This has worked very well for me.
