I'm not talking about the injection site. My inner thighs on the lower half have been Killing me for the past 2-3 days. Now my thighs are hurting. The front of the thighs feels like muscles that have been worked too hard but the inner side closer to my knees feels like a knife is stabbing me when I try to lift my feet more than 4-5 inches off the ground. I haven't worked out in about 3 months and I've only been on the TPT shots for 5 weeks. Could it be the testosterone?

I would stop injecting in legs if that is what you are doing. If that is not what you are doing, you may have a pulled muscle/tendon. Massage/physical therapy may be something to consider.

My Dr's nurse gives them to me in the lower part of my butt. I can't think of anything that could have cause them to hurt so bad. The right leg started on Tuesday, then the left started on Thursday, then the front of bother thighs started last night. I woke up this morning and my abs were a little sore and so were my shins. I'm clueless! Just curious if TRT could have had some kind of weird effect like that.
