Anyone else experience low lymphocytes with low vitamin D?

This past year my Vitamin D has been trending downward. On my last set of labs it was 17.
Simultaneously I having been seeing some anomalies with my white count. Specifically my lymphocytes.
Anyone have any ideas?

I had low vitamin D and iron deficiency (low MCH & MCHC) in April, your MCHC and MCH are indicating you're working your way towards iron deficiency.
Funny you mention this. On my last Ferritin test back in April my level was 14. Super low. But I was donating blood every 3 months all last year and up until April of this year. I haven't donated since then. I forgot to request the Ferritin on this most recent lab. But I will get one soon. I didn't know there was a relation of iron and MCH & MCHC
