Hi all was on Natesto x3 times a day for a Year 1/2. I am currently on Empower nasal pen its kind a like a cream as opposed to a gel I am going on a 2nd week of using the product. Is there anyone using this? What are your numbers and how do you feel? Also, does anyone know where I can get Natesto? Im in US.

All responses appreciated

Afternoon @Nelson Vergel " the boss man" I hold you in high regards Sir and on your long history of TRT replacement therapy blog platform!
I prefer the Natesto straight off the bat over Empower nasal gel so far @ two weeks. I just read there are 29 ingredients for action in the empower pen. I'am not a chemistry specialist but that doesn't sit well with me. Also, I do not think its working as well as the Natesto either I need to get a blood draw soon to evaluate. Do you have any thoughts or suggestions? Would you happen to know where I can get the Natesto? Also, Just to let you know I go to Baylor collage in Houston and Mohit Khera is my prescriber for the empower nasal pen.

Do you offer consulatation?

Thank you.

Thanks for your kind words. Just tell Dr Khera that you want the pharma brand. But if he prescribes it, he most probably will deal with an insurance prior authorization to justify it to the insurance. Most insurance companies will want to pay for Androgel (or similar), or T injections. Ask him or his PA.

Androgel 1.62 is cheaper than Natesto, so I would not be surprised if he has to go the extra mile to prove that you have failed a gel or injection.

A doctor that for sure will prescribe Natesto is Dr Ramasamy in Miami. He probably has the prior authorizations down to a science for this product.
