My wife and I are traveling for the next 5 days. She takes Estrogen cream nightly and 50mg of Progesterone. She packed the estrogen but left the progesterone on the table.
Just wondering if anyone knows if its safe to skip the progesterone for 5 days and just take the Estrogen. Conversely she can just skip both.
