Androgel increased / T levels improved / Extreme Tiredness

I've been on Androgel for less than 4 months. T level was 249/189 so prescribed 1 pump per shoulder ... rechecked labs and T level was 347 so increased to 2 pumps per the doctor but now have noticed that the increased energy that I originally experienced seemed to be diminishing and now is almost nonexistent for the last 4 weeks since increasing my dosage but my T level increased to 707. I briefly stopped Androgel and resumed with only one pump per arm. Feeling 100% better with the decreased dosage. I am not feeling the tiredness or lack of drive that made me want to stay in bed all day. Is this something that anyone else has experienced. Dr. prescribed HCG to begin next week will that cause any issues?

In relation to your application of androgel, when are you drawing labs?

Dr. prescribed HCG which I will probably begin next week due to atrophy.

HCG helps with atrophy, but be aware HCG may cause additional symptoms.
