Anaztrozole along with T shots or 24 hrs after

Hi there,

It seems the consensus of taking an AI is taking it 24 hrs. after the T shot when the T is reaching peak levels. However, my question is, is it not at this point too late, because if if T reached a peak at 24hrs, I assume it may still reach a very high level say at 16 or 20 hrs as it is moving towards the peak. So in the process a lot of T would be converted to E2, so by the time you take the AI then you already have too much E2, and then you take the AI and you are supposed to feel better but since you already on high E2, it may be a while, maybe 12hrs, 18 hrs later.

So would not be better to take it, say at the 12, or 18 hrs mark, ahead of the peak? - Please tell me your experiences or if you really have noticed a difference on taking it at different times relative to the T shots.

Thanks!

When I was using 14mg/D of Cyp I documented it with lab tests that I don't see a rise in my T or E until about 12hrs so where your rise and peak is could be very subjective. With your low SHBG I think and I tell guys to forget the half-life of CYP and/or what you think you know or read about peaks and troughs.
I would have thought I'd see high(er) numbers at 8hrs post injection but I was still coming down and was getting a rise @ 12hrs. I wanted to do more time trials but I can't test after 4pm so I'm stuck.

If you'd post some labs and numbers we could have a real discusssion about your protocol and trying to tune it.
