I like 5 mg tadalafil plus 5 grams per day citrulline, plus 500 IU HCG twice per week along with TRT.

I thought tadalafil caused you issues? I was taking 5 per too but split it into 2.5 morning and night - it reduced the side effects - I am taking a break though to research side effects and long term risk. I like it, but keep wondering about long term risks, as I do with any drug (chemical).

"The side effects of N-acetyl-L-tyrosine are again related to the L-tyrosine amino acid. Some people complain of headaches and this is most likely due to a build-up of other molecules. Chronic migraines have been tied to poor tyrosine metabolism so it is possible for people who already suffer from migraines to have an increase in side effects from NALT supplementation [10]."

If I get headaches, there can be problem that I have poor tyrosine metabolism and low dopamine and if I use it the dopamine will increase? Because I get from L-tyrosine wery strong headache.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Dihydrotestosterone is a potent androgen derived from testosterone. Affects hair growth, prostate health, and masculinization effects.

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
