I have been fighting what I now know is high E. April sensitive test scored my E at 65. T900, free was 350. Dr started me on anastrazole. Now my BP has went from 130 to 160+ most of the time. I am going to stop taking the AI for w week and see what happens. I am going to start taking Dim, and calcim d glucarate.
If my BP goes down are there other AI options? I am finally dropping weight and things are popping I feel awesome other than the BP.

I know that TRT can raised hematocrit level, which I believe can also raise blood pressure. When I had to donate, my hematocrit would drop back under 50 and usually my blood pressure would drops back down as well. Aside from that, there are obviously other things to consider like stress.

Vince has a good point. Maybe when your E2 went down, total or free testosterone, or both, went up which caused HCT to increase. High HCT can definitely cause high BP

Before worrying about HCT or anything I would first just try to get your BP down naturally. You’d be surprised how effective some natural methods are. Try increasing potassium and magnesium. Both have been known to lower BP, especially magnesium. You can get high amounts of potassium from creme of tartar, which you can find anywhere, and it’s cheap. For magnesium, just start with a moderate dose, and keep increasing the dosage each day until you reach bowel intolerance. Back it down a little from that dose and stay on it for a while. Potassium and magnesium will absolutely help lower BP. Will it lower it enough to get you back into range? Not sure. Only one way to find out
