Advice with symptoms

Hey fellas,

I'll start out by saying yes I need to get labs done, however im not due for another month.
Just thought i'd post here in the meanwhile to see if anyone has thoughts or info to share.

Im on 200mg test cyp weekly split m/w/f
HCG same and same protocol
Test cream 2 clicks daily
Oral dhea 50mg daily
6-7 weeks ago started nature throid 1 grain daily.
Felt amazing after couple of weeks but stupidly started to take an iron supplement same time and voided the thyroid med.
Found that out after posting here, thanks.

I discontinued the iron supp and after few days started feeling better but nowhere near what I was feeling so doc said go to 1.5 grains daily for a week then up to 2 grains daily if I didnt improve.
I've been 2 grains daily for about 1.5 weeks.

Other thing new is started anastrozole about 2 weeks ago. .125 m-f. E was 53 (sensitive).

Ive been very tired, though not as bad as before the nature throid but just above the threshold of back to taking naps. No motivation to get things done which was through the roof a few weeks ago. Im barely forcing myself to the gym.
Also depressed and a little sad.

Struggling to figure things out, to say the least.

Any thoughts that may be of help before my next labs?
Thanks

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
