Advice on blood work

37 male 230lbs. Dose 140mg test C split eod for 12 weeks. My pre trt test was in the mid 300s based on multiple tests from my pcp before going to an online clinic.

I felt pretty good around the one month mark or so although I didn’t experience feelings as good as some people describe in the “honeymoon phase”. The last two weeks or so I’ve felt very low energy, motivation and focus.

Test at trough 637
Free test 21.5
Estradiol 49.3
AST 40
Alt 52
Hematocrit 53.8
Rbc 5.81
Hemoglobin 17.1
All other values were basically dead center and pretty much in like with pre trt bloodwork. I did just do my first blood donation after this blood work since being on trt. I was a regular donor before this I just wanted to wait until I got this blood work done to have the most accurate possible numbers.

I’m going through an online clinic so I feel like they’re going to tell me to up my dose ( they wanted me to start at 200 with an ai). I also haven’t taken any ai as I haven’t experienced high estrogen symptoms besides maybe the fatigue lately but I need a second opinion before I do that. I’m still lifting and doing cardio and making gains in the gym I just feel like trash in general.

Understanding Your Hormones

Estradiol (E2)

A form of estrogen produced from testosterone. Important for bone health, mood, and libido. Too high can cause side effects; too low can affect well-being.

DHT

Free Testosterone

The biologically active form of testosterone not bound to proteins. Directly available for cellular uptake and biological effects.
