I saw that Defy offers Adenosine Monophosphate/ AMP-5 Injection. Does anybody have any experience with this?

Interesting! I had not noticed that on the Defy website previously. I too would like to hear from anybody that has used it.

I take CoQ10 and add D-Ribose in my twice daily protein shakes, same purpose

But they suggest dosing an insainly high amount prior to bodybuilding contests.

AMP-5 has been added to the FDA's "do not compound list" as they determined it was an unsafe and/or ineffective medication. All compliant US compounders and manufacturers have discontinued dispensing AMP-5 formulations.
