Hello I just recently got into trt and am about to start in a few weeks. But I'm concerned on my extremely high prolactin score and estradiol I have the past year blood tests all showing testosterone at 210 to 310 mainly around 245 range.

I heard it can be a life changing experience especially for people in my case and I know my extreme lethargy and lack of energy is not normal especially at my age (22). And apparently prolactin is directly linked to lethargy in men.

I wanted to know from people here who say more well versed than me in these subjects on how to lower these scores drastically I know there very high scores and something to be concerned about so I want to know what's the best course of action to take from here.
