7 weeks on trt Follow up labs - (high shbg)

I tested in trough right before my injection after 7 weeks on trt. I’m taking 160mg test cyp and 1000iu hcg. Pre trt I had high shbg at high 50s and low free t at 9 (9-26)

My t numbers seem good, any thoughts?
I guess I will continue with the dosage but I might try more frequent injections because I feel like I’m not feeling optimal, energy levels still suffer. Though my libido and overall well-being is exponentially better then pre trt.

no change to your TRT, keep going with that, will be more than 7 weeks to stabilize.

Though your TSH is high, is a poor test by itslef to gauge Thyroid function though a high result such as your 4.0X is indicative of more comprehensive testing, need these 5:

TSH
Free T3
Free T4
Reverse T3
Antibodies

If you get good free T3 levels, should help lower your LDL cholesterol.
