59 year old with supraphysiological numbers

After two years on Clomid therapy as first line, I have been on TRT for 20 weeks. I was prescribed 200mg test cyp per week, and .25 mg arimidex twice per week.
After eight week I got labs on day 7.
Total T 964
Free T 104
BAT 196.8
SHBG 50
E2 (not sensitive test) 18
All reasonable numbers so doc continued me on the same regimen
At 16 weeks I tested on day 3 AM
Total test 3396
Free T 632
BAT 1217
SHBG 55
E2 74

Feeling great but doc is concerned so I am reducing to 100 mg per week. I am injecting 50 mg on Wed AM and 50 mg on Sat PM
Today got labs for CBC, lipids, and metabolic panel

Two questions
1) what should I look out for on my new labs
2) when should I get new testosterone levels and on what day? (I do have an order for ultrasensitive E2)
Thanks

Even injecting once per week I wouldn't expect the peak to be so much higher than your trough... Why did you pull the labs on day 3 on the second test and not on the same day as the first test? I wonder too if you accidently injected too much... Seems really high for 200MG....

Sounds like a bad test. That can and does happen. Weird that your doc didn't think of that and retest you before adjusting your dosages.

Only thing I can see happening is that your source is overdosed. Possibly a whole batch is overdosed to 300mg/ml+

I think so as well... I had a batch once that was compounded at 250MG per ML... So a weekly shot of 200MG needed to be .8 not 1ml... Confused me a little bit a first because it looked exactly the same...

Something is way off. I saw a doc on a video. He claimed that he has treated 10,000 patients. He gives evryone 200mg cyp per week. We he was asked what was the highest level he has seen at that dose, he said 2,490
