Total t was 227 6 weeks ago, started taking once a week 1ml of 200ml, Now total t is 1100, feel no effects.Welcome to the forum.\ tersec.
We'd like to help but you have given us nothing to work with. Can you post labs and provide us what your protocol is? Give us some background.
SHBG was 27, but am I not feeling anything good or bad, no roller coaster either
I'm not feeling any effects after 6 weeksGiven your SHBG you should be injecting twice weekly. The rollercoaster come later after your levels have been swinging for months, once your body has woke up to these higher levels of androgens.
We could provide more feedback if you posted labs, without labs we are just guessing. Some men do well slightly above ranges, remember the ranges were higher a year ago. Testosterone levels have been declining for decades, normal ranges used to be higher.I'm not feeling any effects after 6 weeks

I posted all I know
Yes I have some of info but know how copy in paste in without hand typing it all ,Than it sounds like you are working with an incompetent doctor, most are TRT ignorant and more tests are needed to properly design a TRT protocol and until you find someone who knows what they are doing I don't expect you to feel good while on TRT.
I ran into the same problem, doctors were only checking Total T, I went private specialists and everything has changed for the better.
Testes needed:
Total T
Free T
SHBG
Estradiol Sensitive (E2)
Cortisol
Ferritin
Thyroid Panel
