Ok, two things:
1. Estrogen appears elevated. Did you get the "Sensitive" estrogen lab when this was done? Elevated E2 is not a good thing over the long haul and you need to make sure this doesn't keep creeping up.
2. Prolactin is elevated and can be just normal function or caused my a adenoma tumor which is prolactin producing.
You should know that an adenoma can and will cause hypogonadism. You should discuss getting an MRI to eliminate the presence of a adenoma tumor. Don't freak out about the word "tumor" here as these are almost 100% benign and the simple use of a drug like Cabergoline will reduce your prolactin levels which in and of itself may go to cure your hypogonadism.
