Ok, two things:

1. Estrogen appears elevated. Did you get the "Sensitive" estrogen lab when this was done? Elevated E2 is not a good thing over the long haul and you need to make sure this doesn't keep creeping up.

2. Prolactin is elevated and can be just normal function or caused my a adenoma tumor which is prolactin producing.

You should know that an adenoma can and will cause hypogonadism. You should discuss getting an MRI to eliminate the presence of a adenoma tumor. Don't freak out about the word "tumor" here as these are almost 100% benign and the simple use of a drug like Cabergoline will reduce your prolactin levels which in and of itself may go to cure your hypogonadism.

Total, Free and SHBG look great!!!

you need to get your E2 in check also your prolactin is way too high. if you don't treat them you risk of getting gyno. follow labs should include CBC so you can monitor RBC, Hemoglobin and Hematocrit, these get elevated and blood starts to thicken, if so you need to donate blood to keep them in check, if you don't you risk having a heart attack or stroke. nothing to be alarmed at this point just something for you to keep an eye on. also save your money and don't run LH and FSH as these will be none existence while on TRT. I see no mention of hCG or AI, you may want to discuss these with your dr. hCG has allot more benefits that just keeping your testis from atrophy.

I looked at the lab results and doesn't say if Estradiol was by sensitive method... I will ask next time. Doctor said the Estrogen is just a little elevated by normal because of the dose I'm taking, however I have another follow up in 3 months.
YES, hearing the "tumor" word is very scary but he also explained it tome that this is benign and not to go to crazy about it.. A new Prolactin lab was done today, he will mail me the results. If everything goes OK as far Prolactin labs, my next follow up is in 3 months.
I'm happy now with my Total, Free and SHBG levels! I also feel great!!!

I should tell you if the Doc does prescribe Cabergoline it has some great sexual benefits.

I take .25 mg of Caber twice weekly on injection days and its impact on my libido and orgasm intensity is just insane and it also reduces my refractory period as well meaning I can get my second orgasm much quicker.

Elevated Prolactin can suppress all of this and that little Caber can have a huge impact on your sex life

This is best mid to low mid range.

Your libido and orgasm intensity can be increased by bringing this down with a little Cabergoline like .25 mg twice weekly.

I haven't heard back from my doctor yet, he said he would send me a letter once he got the results but I got it from my clinic's website, under my records.
I think my doctor will be fine being on this range for now but l will be tested again in 3 months to see where I am at. I will ask him if I can lower my Prolactin.. I wish I could get this cabergolin right away...

A little caber will work great as mentioned by Gene. Prami will also work good as a prolactin antagonist, however it tends be a little nauseating. It's a little easier to get with the RCC's as well.
