cortisol 78,87 ng/ml ( 18:00)

Aspat 25 u/l
Alat 36 u/l

Lipid profile

Cholesterol 5,63mmol/u
Cholesterol hdl 1,24 mmol/u
Cholesterol ldl 4.0 mmol/u
Triglicryde 1.89 mmol/u


Now,

my endo decided to run more tests in his hospital (DHEAS, FTI), awaiting results. He told me that he'll most likely put me on pregnyl.

Other guy (andrologist) told me that I should try either tribusteron (some kinda testosterone booster) or clomid.

I dont really know what should I do, I have a lot of symptoms.. anxiety, depression at times, low libido, my back hurts, I had arthroscopy on my hip, my skin is way more limp for my age.. It all started 2 years ago, I dont wake up with morning wood for more than 2 years..


What would u suggest?

Same issue man, had it for 40 years, but it's just a pain in the butt jumping through hoops in the states to get T and some people have no problem getting it without a prescription and all the hassles, some day I'll find a connection. I just found this site and hope to find some more information. I own a demolition company so having low T has been a real pain in the ass for recovery and just feeling strong to perform properly at work, I don't just want normal levels now, I want high T levels, tired of having low T, really tired of it.

Reference ranges are needed for these labs.

Even without, assuming typical lab ranges, test is low while LH and FSH are mid range. I'd consider you to be more primary than secondary. If that is true, and with multiple tests showing your levels at the same, then HCG won't help too much. It's possible you can get by with HCG monotherapy, but it generally isn't as effective as TRT or clomid.
