I mean small changes got me to where I am. Big changes(more than 10mg at a time) ****ed me over hard lol. You're right of course. Since side effects are so small I believe I will just work harder on acne control through other means and continue to let everything further stabilize. ****ing...
As in I've been on it for the minimum amount to make a change, and feel like I need one, but very very small and I'm hesitant to do anything because I do feel better than my baseline, and better than any other protocol that I've been on. What I'm saying is I believe I am one step away from being...
Last dose (everything e3.5 days)
Test: 66mg
Hcg: 120 is
Adex: .25mg
Bloods at trough:
Total: 1125
Free: 25
E2 sensitive: 17
I did not feel good on this protocol. Energy was low, and I get a weird dry mouth side effect from adex that I hate. I also had no libido. I was on this protocol...
Yea I do believe that's the best thing to do. It's not too much longer until I take bloods anyways. I just unfortunately seem to be one of the guys who get really effected by estrogen levels, both when they are high and low.
Unfortunately we lowered testosterone dose and doctor wanted to add arimidex at same time. She was adamant so I talked her into only doing .25mg twice a week. If my next set of bloods show low e2 she will let me discontinue it.
But to answer your question yes the sides did go away.
Extremely weepy was probably the one that stood out the most. I could cry at the drop of a hat, it was comical at times lol also a super intense craving for sweets at night, holding about 5 lbs of extra water. Those were the most notable. I don't have any of those at the moment.
To be honest...
So I recently upped my dosage, about 2 -2.5 weeks ago. I've posted before, but was on this protocol for 2 months, plan was to take everything back to a starting point and slowly work our way up with dose increase like I should have done in the beginning. I felt shitty on the 50mg. Not as bad as...
Already have the 27g insulin needles so no problem there, just need to get quicker/better with delt injections, quads are fine. Maybe even drop to 29g if its ED, also loading the night before seems like a good idea as well.
Change of school schedule will allow me to be systematic in my...
Thank you for your advice. I will be re doing blood work after another 4 weeks on the 44mg twice a week protocol. Looking to see if dropping my body fat will have a significant effect on aromatase or not. The combo of dropping dose and cutting carbs down to under 100mg a day has brought about...
What are the other details of your protocol, and what about age, body fat, time on trt, etc?
I would imagine HCG works strongly in me because it makes my testes tingle quite a bit, but thats just subjective and basically conjecture.
I'm guessing you would respond with an aromatase inhibitor? That is like the last ditch option for me. I'm 27, and am trying to limit the amount of medicine I'm on since it will be for the next 50-60 years. I lowered my dose of test, and am now on 44mg instead of 50. I will change nothing else...
Total test- 878 (348-1197)
Free test - 22.4 (9.3-26.5)
Sensitive e2- 43.4 (8-35)
Looks like my instincts were correct, and my estradiol was too high. My testosterone wasn't super high though. My high estro symptoms have gone away since I dropped to 44mg on Monday, but I just feel meh overall...
I lowered my dose so that I could basically start fresh and titrate up. I switched to IM because of anecdotal experiences, and changed hcg frequency at request of my doctor. All of this was based on blood work. The only thing I did wrong was not starting here instead of at 150mg, which was wayyy...
I haven't argued that point one time? I acknowledged the fact that it isn't ideal a few times. I'm just not in a position to go the ideal route at the moment. I may very well be wrong and lowering my dose may not be a good plan, however I don't have another choice. After reading everything I...
Hcg freq, lower dose, and switching to IM were done at the same time, and yes it's three changes at once, no going back now. I don't care if it's the lower dose, different day with hcg, or IM as long as my e2 comes down. Yes I do have some stress, but I can assure you my estrogen is too high. I...
.25mg e3.5 days when I injected testosterone. I was on the 56mg protocol for months with no changes made except adding AI in the last few weeks and that only made it worse. So doc decided to drop me down in dosage and get rid of the AI since I felt so bad on it. I am now getting my one month...
Yes I fully understand that. I don't have that option though. I'm asking if dropping to 40mg is drastic or somewhat sensible. I can't afford to wait ten days for labs to act because of my finals coming up. Too much ****ing studying to get done.
old protocol:
56mg text cyp e3.5 days subq
250iu hcg e3.5 days subq
was on arimidex .25 for last 3 weeks on this protocol
new protocol:
50mg test cyp IM e3.5 days
250iu hcg day before test injection
no arimidex
So I've posted before about how I felt like I was riding an estrogen...
Yea I agree that IM vs Sub q shouldn't have a huge difference. However I was having crazy aromatization on sub q, and had anecdotally found instances where guys felt better on IM and didn't aromatize as much. I decided to try it and drop dose from 56mg to 50mg as well so I could start low(as...
So on 02/16/17 I switched from test cyp 56mg e3.5 days subq, arimidex e3.5 days, to 50mg test cyp E3.5 days IM with no AI(mon morning, thursday night injections). I also switched from taking 250iu HCG on injection days to taking 250iu HCG day before injection(wed and sun). After next monday it...
Yea that is what I have been doing, but she would like me to switch it up to the day before. Have made some improvements since treatment, but still not dialed in so I feel like I should try it out and see if it helps. Wanted to see what the general consensus was around here.
So after talking with my doctor she is ok with dropping test down to 50mg e3.5 days, switching to IM, and getting rid of arimidex. Also starting some liver support to hopefully bring down ALT. She wants me to start taking my hcg the day before my testosterone. So test would be monday morning...
Those values were never high before TRT, and weren't high in the beginning when e2 wasn't high. All the other markers you mentioned were in range. I had a full cmp done, but I only listed the out of range values.
Thanks for all the help man. Currently working hard on dropping the BF( tracking macros, meal prepping, training 3-5 days a week), and will talk to doc tomorrow about dropping dose and switching to IM.
