26 yo, my tread, high estradiol,

Hello, my name is damian, i'm 26 yo. I started my trt: 80 mg twice a weak, no hcg, no Ai. Herę is my bloodwork After 3 weeks : Testosteron: 885 ng/dl Estradiol: 57 pq/ml. ( 20-47) I've Got some water rretention. My weight is 98 kg. Do i need ai. I dont have libido nów. I feel quite good.
