Testosterone regular vs Testosterone LC/MS assay

My questions is on the standard test it won't show your total test level if it's above 1500. But will it give you an accurate free test number? The price difference between these two test is significant. Any input would be appreciated.

Muscle cramps?

Anyone else get muscle cramps after starting TRT? I rarely ever had one until starting TRT, now I seems to have them frequent and somethings they can be quite painful. Could this be anastrozole related? I do supplement with magnesium. I have a follow up with my Dr. on the 7th and I was going to...

High SHBG

Any thoughts on high SHBG? My latest labs go as follows: Total T 462 ng/dl ref. (348-1197) Free T 5.1 pg/ml ref. (6.8-21.5) Estradiol sensitive 11 ref. (8-35) SHBG 101.1 nmoll/L ref (16.5-65.9) My total T was 898 back on 10/25 this test was on 11/10 Taking 100mg of compounded cream daily. I...

Am I and outlier ?
