Tren Improves Cardiometabolic Risk Factors and Myocardial Tolerance to Ischemia-Reperfusion in Male Rats With Testosterone-Deficient Metabolic S

Using tren or any other AAS (but T) alongside with psychiatric medications seems like a terrible idea. On the other hand there might be benefits: Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors directly alter activity of neurosteroidogenic enzymes - Excel Male Health Forum It might stop worsening of...

Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors directly alter activity of neurosteroidogenic enzymes

Proviron, Masteron, Oxandrolone is not (significantly) converted by 3α-HSD. Tren is converted by 3α-HSD into the more potent Tren-3α-ol. 3α-HSD: 3α-Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase If SSRIs on TRT are still needed and one doesn't notice any of the supposed mental benefits of TRT, I would suggest...

DHEA and Pregnenolone best times to take

Haven't heard of such side effects. If there is an underlying anxiety issue then I think it's possible that it could be triggered because dhea can have a stimulatory effect. I would take it in the morning.

    Dihexa for Cognitive Enhancement

Only knew Selank and Demax. Background information about AngII from deepseek: High-Level Summary Angiotensin IV (Ang IV) is a small peptide fragment (6 amino acids) derived from the larger Angiotensin II. For decades, it was considered an inactive metabolite. However, research has shown that...

Help me make up my mind about a change in protocol

What's the difference in serum levels? Could you adapt the subq dose to match the IM levels? You could apply the cream to your shoulders. Another option is oral TU.

Tren Improves Cardiometabolic Risk Factors and Myocardial Tolerance to Ischemia-Reperfusion in Male Rats With Testosterone-Deficient Metabolic S

For me nandrolone was terrible even at a low dose. Currently the full name of tren is replaced by * indicating that it has no place in trt/hrt. Maybe it was never considered at very low dosages to supplement trt. Since on TRT, my impression is that I have more visceral fat relative to...

Tren Improves Cardiometabolic Risk Factors and Myocardial Tolerance to Ischemia-Reperfusion in Male Rats With Testosterone-Deficient Metabolic S

You are right. I think the Ctrl group should represent the healthy population. The high fat high sugar diet group represents the metabolic syndrome. .... With MetS and TD, tren showed benefits over test.

Tren Improves Cardiometabolic Risk Factors and Myocardial Tolerance to Ischemia-Reperfusion in Male Rats With Testosterone-Deficient Metabolic S

Vigorous Steve did research on this. For his body weight/composition about 25mg per week. I was looking into tren hex (Parabolan) bc of its long halflife. At low dose tren could work as sarm without spill over, i.e. sarm with anabolic and androgenic activity at muscle, fat, brain tissue. Maybe...

Tren Improves Cardiometabolic Risk Factors and Myocardial Tolerance to Ischemia-Reperfusion in Male Rats With Testosterone-Deficient Metabolic S

https://academic.oup.com/endo/article/157/1/368/2251856 "We propose that TEST replacement therapy may have contraindications for males with TD and obesity-related MetS. TREN treatment may be more effective in restoring androgen status and reducing cardiovascular risk in males with TD and MetS."...

Controversies with Testosterone Therapy - Management of Erythrocytosis and Elevated Estradiol

The nebido protocol. For oral TU the data is then probably based on once daily protocol, resulting in less accumulated fT over the day and enough time to clear E2.

Controversies with Testosterone Therapy - Management of Erythrocytosis and Elevated Estradiol

Why the difference between TU and TE/TC? What dose and injection intervall? When topical is mentioned it probably means Androgel. Not the same as twice daily high percentage Testo cream. Etcetera You provided a much clearer correlation, i.e. accumulated free T. Oral TU is outstanding. Why...

Controversies with Testosterone Therapy - Management of Erythrocytosis and Elevated Estradiol

It's about Erythrocytosis. Maybe treat based on symptoms vs treat based on numbers. I recall an earlier study which linked E2 to Erythrocytosis, and it employed AI to manage it when E2 was high on modest TT levels.

Thinking about TRT and could use some guidance

The following article was cited: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/10.1021/acs.jmedchem.0c02039 Finasteride, a 5-alpha reductase (5α-R) inhibitor, is a widely used drug for treating androgen-dependent conditions. However, its use is associated with sexual, psychological, and physical complaints...

Thinking about TRT and could use some guidance

Can you take about 4 weeks vacation or long-term cut your work hours in half? Can you take 2 months pause of fin? I guess your idea is that TRT gives that boost that would balance out your work stress. Maybe it would help (short term). Only opinions here, nobody can know for sure what's the...

Yes. Your body will adjust. Maybe later you can tolerate more T and maybe it would give more benefits then.

So true. Had here discussions about androgel T level dropping to the end of the day. One member here kept on posting studies that show that levels are stable. Finally evidence accumulated and serum tests showed differently. It wasn't only me... That 10-20% 'outliers' often get 'averaged out' in...
