Never tried it before, but after reading this, plus what @Guided_by_Voices mentioned in another post, i think i will be.

Awesome! I've just ordered some from ebay - i noticed when looking that there were lots of listings for boswellia for horses. I figured, horses are expensive so owners won't bother with supplements that don't work.

I took it 3 times per day. I think it reduced inflammation.
