Cuff size is also important. EVERY time I go to the Dr., the nurse takes my BP and it is high. When I ask what size the cuff is, it's always small. When they (sometimes) fetch a larger cuff, my BP is closer to what it is at home = normal.

So, I completed the course of Wolverine Nasal Spray / TB-500. It was supposed to be a month supply, I got just around 3 weeks out of it. Hard to measure a spray... Anyway, I didn't notice any noticeable effect or relief unfortunately :( I may try the injectable BPC-157 soon.. I'll keep ya posted..
