Nebido 4ml 1000mg every 8 weeks, I've noticed on week 4 potential peak time.
my BP is nearly 200 which is stage 3 hypertension, and symptoms of vision disturbance, headaches, any one else have this happen, and any ideas to stop it reoccurring, as I ended in hospital thinking it was a TIA,
brain scan, heart scans all clear, so a hormonal issue diagnosed
 
I would split the dose in 0.5 ml per week if you can. If you need a BP med, get on an ARB like losartan or termisartan, which have double benefits (lower BP and keep hematocrit lower)

Have you had a history of hypertension? I would not have thought any form of testosterone would cause that degree of BP elevation from a normal baseline. I can't say off-hand what the data shows for quantitative BP effects, but I can't believe it is anything like that.
Interested to know, also, if any others have had large increases in BP with TRT.

A recent paper showed a trivial mean increase in SBP of 1.9 mm/Hg

Is it ok so to use nebido weekly, seen as it's a long lasting testosterone, if it is, I'll switch to 0.5ml per week, Thanks Nelson

No history of hypertension, this happened out of the blue 2 weeks ago, and since then BP is fluctuating, I'm hoping as I go into week 6 and 7 it will ho back to normal, I'll then switch to weekly shots

200 systolic is a medical emergency. What does your blood pressure normally run at.
